1.1.1 Account Suspension: We will not provide refunds if your account is suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service (TOS) or if you intentionally harm the system.
1.1.2 Content Usage: Resharing or reusing content (text, images, code) from CrispyAds for commercial purposes without written permission is prohibited and does not qualify for a refund.

1.1.3 Data Scraping: Scraping data from CrispyAds is strictly forbidden.
1.2 Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may choose to offer refunds at our sole discretion. These situations and any related requirements will be clearly communicated on our website or mobile app, and these terms are subject to change.
